Our Story

B3 was started in the spring of 2025 by a group of young Jewish professionals in Atlanta looking for a community Intown that felt like home – authentic, approachable, rooted in tradition, but fully egalitarian. Identifying a gap, they decided to build B3. We are a grassroots, lay-led community aiming to make our spiritually rich Jewish tradition inclusive, accessible, and joyful. 

In our first year, we’ve hosted monthly Shabbat events with over 100 community members. We start with a spirited Kabbalat Shabbat service, followed by a kosher-style catered or potluck dinner. In addition to our core Shabbat programming, we organize parties for Jewish holidays and hold more casual events including happy hours and walks on the Beltline.
